How to make it

  • Cook noodles
  • In a small bowl combine the mozzarella and parmesean cheese. Set aside.
  • Saute in a large skillet the oil, mushrooms, and onions.
  • Add Fri-Chik and simmer.
  • In medium bowl, combine soup, milk, and cottage cheese.
  • Add sauteed mixture and stir completely.
  • Oil a 9x13 inch lasagna baking dish.
  • Place a layer of noodles first.
  • Cover with 1/3 of mushroom sauce mixture.
  • Then 1/3 of cheese mixture.
  • Repeat 2 times, ending with a heavy layer of grated cheese.
  • Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
  • Freezes well.
