Chicken Lasagna Supreme vegetarian

- 8 oz. lasagna noodles shopping list
- 2 c. grated mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesean cheese shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. oil shopping list
- 2 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms, drained shopping list
- 1/2 c, chopped onions shopping list
- 2 cans (10 oz.) Worthington Fri-Chik, drained and diced shopping list
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1/2 c. milk shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Cook noodles
- In a small bowl combine the mozzarella and parmesean cheese. Set aside.
- Saute in a large skillet the oil, mushrooms, and onions.
- Add Fri-Chik and simmer.
- In medium bowl, combine soup, milk, and cottage cheese.
- Add sauteed mixture and stir completely.
- Oil a 9x13 inch lasagna baking dish.
- Place a layer of noodles first.
- Cover with 1/3 of mushroom sauce mixture.
- Then 1/3 of cheese mixture.
- Repeat 2 times, ending with a heavy layer of grated cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
- Freezes well.
