Chicken Lasagna Supreme Vegetarian Recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. Lasagna noodles

2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

1/2 c. grated Parmesean cheese

3 Tbsp. oil

2 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms, drained

1/2 c, chopped onions

2 cans (10 oz.) Worthington Fri-Chik, drained and diced

2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup

1/2 c. milk

1 1/2 c. cottage cheese

Directions

Cook noodles

In a small bowl combine the mozzarella and parmesean cheese. Set aside.

Saute in a large skillet the oil, mushrooms, and onions.

Add Fri-Chik and simmer.

In medium bowl, combine soup, milk, and cottage cheese.

Add sauteed mixture and stir completely.

Oil a 9x13 inch lasagna baking dish.

Place a layer of noodles first.

Cover with 1/3 of mushroom sauce mixture.

Then 1/3 of cheese mixture.

Repeat 2 times, ending with a heavy layer of grated cheese.

Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until bubbly.

Freezes well.
