Ingredients

2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice ; (approx. juice of 1 lemon)

1/4 cup Fresh lime juice ; (approx. juice of 3 limes)

3 tablespoons Frozen orange juice concentrate

1 1/2 teaspoons Red wine vinegar

1 clove Garlic ; minced or pressed

1/4 teaspoon Sugar

1/2 teaspoon Salt

Black pepper ; to taste

1/2 cup Olive oil

Directions

Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously. Let stand 30 minutes before using to blend the flavors.

Good with asparagus, green beans, spinach, and probably many other vegetables that taste good with a little citrus.
