How to make it

  • Into 6 champagne flutes drop sherbet by tablespoonfuls.
  • Add champagne to fill the glass
  • Garnish with raspberries
  • Serve at once
  • Note: vary color by using another sherbet and corresponding fruit
  • For non alcholic version use gingerale
