This could also be served over rice, mashed potatoes or a baked potato. I'm sure this recipe could be also used as a base for more - maybe add some mushrooms and sour cream for a stroganoff-type dish, or use minced beef instead of ground for a different texture. Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef shopping list
- 1 onion, sliced shopping list
- 2 pkg brown gravy mix shopping list
- 2 c. water shopping list
- 1/4 t. ground black pepper shopping list
- cooked noodles shopping list
How to make it
- Brown beef and onion and drain. Stir dry gravy mix and pepper into beef and onions to coat. Add water and stir until thickened. Serve over cooked noodles.
