Veal Parmesan

- 1 lb. thin veal shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 cup salad oil shopping list
- 2 tsp. butter shopping list
- 1 minced onion shopping list
- 1 small can tomato paste shopping list
- 3 paste cans water shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp marjoram shopping list
- 1/2 lb mozzarella cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Cut veal into small pieces
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Beat egg with 2 tsp. water
- Combine paarmesan cheese and bread crumbs
- Dip veal in egg then in cheese and crumbs
- Fry in hot oil until brown
- Place in a 8 x 8 pan
- Cook onion in butter until soft and add paste,water, salt and marjoram
- Boil a few minutes,pour 1/3 over the veal
- Top wiith mozzarella cheese whch has been sliced thin, then the rest of the sauce.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
- May be prepared a day ahead and baked when ready to serve
