Fairly simple. Be sure to refer to the different recipes for this dish.

Ingredients
  • Jonathans Beans mashed (refer to my list of recipes)
  • Jonathans Vegetarian Or Not Taco Meat(refer to my list of recipes)
  • Grated mozzerella and Chedder cheese
  • 12 corn tortillas warmed
  • 12-13 oz can of green sauce (be sure to check the lable, some contain lard)
  • 1 cassarole dish

Directions
  1. Preheat 350 F
  2. As you warm each tortilla fill with the beans and veggie taco meat
  3. Roll each individual one as you are working and place them in the cassarole dish
  4. When done rolling them all, smother them with the green sauce and cheese
  5. put in the oven til hot and cheese is melted
  6. serve on a bed of Netty's Mexican Rice(refer to my list of recipes)
  7. Enjoy
  8. Two enchiladas can equal one serving
