Nettys Vegetarian or not Enchiladas Verde Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat 350 F
  • As you warm each tortilla fill with the beans and veggie taco meat
  • Roll each individual one as you are working and place them in the cassarole dish
  • When done rolling them all, smother them with the green sauce and cheese
  • put in the oven til hot and cheese is melted
  • serve on a bed of Netty's Mexican Rice(refer to my list of recipes)
  • Enjoy
  • Two enchiladas can equal one serving
