How to make it

  • In saucepan bring juices to boil over medium heat.
  • When boiling slowly sprinkle in sugar then stirring briskly slowly add cream of wheat.
  • Reduce heat and simmer stirring occasionally until thickened approximately 8 minutes.
  • When mixture is thick transfer to a large bowl and beat with electric mixer at high speed for 10 minutes.
  • Pour into serving bowl or individual dishes.
