How to make it
- Place baking sheet on middle rack and preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Combine sugar, flour and saltin medium bowl.
- Whisk in heavy cream and vanilla.
- Pour into pie shell and place on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce temp to 375
- and bake for additional 25 to 30 minutes or until golden and
- just bubbly around the edges.
- Cool on rack; then refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Garnish with any type of berry.
