Crunchy Dilled Slaw

- 1 small head cabbage, shredded shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 small onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dill seed shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, toss first six ingredients (cabbage through sugar).
- In small saucepan, combine next four ingredients (vinegar through salt), and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add oil. Pour over cabbage mixture, and toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1hr.
