Another WW cooking for two recipe. This is so delicious, you'll want two eat both all four kebabs!

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 3 tbsps. orange marmalade
  • 2 tbsp. soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 1 large garlic clove, chopped
  • 16 sea scallops
  • 8 cooked figs
  • 2 oranges, quartered
  • 1 tsp. olive oil

Directions
  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a zip-top plastic bag; seal bag and shake vigorously.
  2. Add scallops; seal bag and marinatee in fridge 20 minutes.
  3. Remove scallops from bag, reserving marinade.
  4. Thread 4 scallops, 2 figs and 2 orange quarters alternately onto each of 4 skewers.
  5. Prepare grill by pre-heating and coating with olive oil.
  6. Place kebabs on grill rack, cook 6 minutes or until scallops are done, turning occasionally and basting with reserved marinade.
  7. Serves 2. Serving size: 2 kebabs. WW points = 9.
