Backyard Peppermint Parfaits

- 1 quart soft peppermint ice cream shopping list
- 3/4 cup chocolate syrup shopping list
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Into each of 8 cold drink cups pack 1/4 cup ice cream.
- Add 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup to each then add another 1/4 cup ice cream.
- Top each with 1 teaspoon syrup and sprinkle with nuts.
- Cover then freeze hours until firm.
- Before serving allow to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.
