Most of you know I love turkey and cranberries, what better way then to put the together. Yummy. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 2 pound turkey breast
  • 1 bottle liquid marinade
  • 2 large sweet potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 1 package dried cranberries

Directions
  1. Slice turkey breast into steaks then marinade for 30 minutes in plastic bag.
  2. Get a large sheet of aluminum foil and place two of the steaks in center of foil.
  3. Place some of the sweet potatoes and cranberries on top then fold foil down to form packet.
  4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
