How to make it
- Blanch the beans in salted, boiling water until crisp-tender. Plunge into ice water until cool.
- Heat a small ammount of oil over med-high heat in a large, non-stick skillet.
- Add the coconut and saute until golden brown.
- Add the beans, and remaining ingredients.
