Pink Chicken

- 1 15 oz can of diced tomatoes (i like to use the seasoned when avail.) shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 pack liption onion soup mix shopping list
- 6-8 boneless skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 2 cans green beans drained shopping list
- 1 cup chicken broth + 1/2 cup water shopping list
- salt shopping list
- cracked pepper shopping list
- garlic powder shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper and garlic powder - set aside
- Preheat a 12" chicken fryer over medium high heat - add olive oil by pouring 2 turns around pan
- Add chicken to frying pan - cook until nicely browned
- Remove chicken breasts to a plate - pour out oil that remains in pan and then put pan back on stove
- Reduce heat to medium
- Pour the chicken broth & water slowly into the frying pan using a spatula to scrape the browned crumbs off the bottom of the pan
- Add can of mushroom soup, onion soup mixand can of tomatoes stiring to combine thoroughly
- Add chicken back to frying pan and also add the green beans
- Spoon sauce mixture over chicking to kind of smother them
- Increase heat to medium high until starts bubbling.
- Reduce heat - cover and simmer for 20 minutes stiring occasionally
- Serve with Mashed potatoes or over rice.
