How to make it

  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper and garlic powder - set aside
  • Preheat a 12" chicken fryer over medium high heat - add olive oil by pouring 2 turns around pan
  • Add chicken to frying pan - cook until nicely browned
  • Remove chicken breasts to a plate - pour out oil that remains in pan and then put pan back on stove
  • Reduce heat to medium
  • Pour the chicken broth & water slowly into the frying pan using a spatula to scrape the browned crumbs off the bottom of the pan
  • Add can of mushroom soup, onion soup mixand can of tomatoes stiring to combine thoroughly
  • Add chicken back to frying pan and also add the green beans
  • Spoon sauce mixture over chicking to kind of smother them
  • Increase heat to medium high until starts bubbling.
  • Reduce heat - cover and simmer for 20 minutes stiring occasionally
  • Serve with Mashed potatoes or over rice.
