Cannery Apple Pie Cake

- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- dash nutmeg shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts shopping list
- 2 cups fresh peeld diced apples shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all except apples ,nuts and vanilla and stir well .
- Batter will be stiff.
- Add nuts and vanilla and carefully fold in apples.
- Pour batter into a heavily buttered 9 inch pie pan.
- Spread out evenly.
- Bake 375 F 45 minutes or tested done.
- This keeps well and great with ice cream
- Note: if you don't like nuts just substitute with raisins or dried cranberries or cherries.
