How to make it

  • Make sure the potatoes are cool. Grind the corned beef and onion in the food processor until a coarse grind. Heat a large skillet and add the oil or butter. Add the cold potatoes, cut up into the processor and quickly grind. Put this all in the hot skillet over medium heat. Season as needed. Watch carefully, it will burn if you are not careful. I like to make four well in the hash around a circle and add the eggs to this, turn the heat to low and cover and cook about 5 minutes and serve. YUMMY
