How to make it

  • Dice up finely green pepper
  • Mince garlic
  • Dice finely the tomatoe and green onion
  • In a large bowl add the above to the ground chicken
  • Then add eggs, oregano, and bread crumbs
  • mix well
  • add shredded cheese , mix again
  • Roll into meatballs
  • Size of your choosing
  • On a greased baking sheet (spray pan to avoid sticking)
  • Cook at 325 degrees for 10 minutes, turn meat balls
  • cook another 10 minutes and continue turning . As i found they were
  • sticking some.
  • Add to your favorite low fat spagetti sauce

    Mmmm, I love your recipe for meatballs. I never thought to put shredded cheese into them. These look amazing.
