Low Fat Meatballs

- 1 pound ground chicken shopping list
- 1 green pepper shopping list
- 4-6 gloves of garlic shopping list
- 2 cups of bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 diced tomatoe shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 3 green onions shopping list
- 2 table sppons oregeno shopping list
How to make it
- Dice up finely green pepper
- Mince garlic
- Dice finely the tomatoe and green onion
- In a large bowl add the above to the ground chicken
- Then add eggs, oregano, and bread crumbs
- mix well
- add shredded cheese , mix again
- Roll into meatballs
- Size of your choosing
- On a greased baking sheet (spray pan to avoid sticking)
- Cook at 325 degrees for 10 minutes, turn meat balls
- cook another 10 minutes and continue turning . As i found they were
- sticking some.
- Add to your favorite low fat spagetti sauce

Mmmm, I love your recipe for meatballs. I never thought to put shredded cheese into them. These look amazing.
