- 3 lbs. bass fillets, diced into small cubes, or any fish shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup real lemon juice shopping list
- 2 bell peppers. finely chopped shopping list
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped shopping list
- 3 tomatoes, finely chopped shopping list
- 3 medium onions, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 tsp. chives, chopped shopping list
- 1 large bottle green olives, chopped shopping list
- 1 jar hot jalapeno peppers shopping list
- 1 cup ketchup shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- lemon pepper shopping list
- marinade shopping list
How to make it
- Marinate the fish 3 hours in real lemon, salt, pepper, lemon pepper
- and marinade.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Serve on Ritz crackers or raw veggies.
- Makes 1 gallon.
