Made with a bread machine. Was originally a pumpkin bread recipe I found, but I had to alter it a lot. Twas not good. Made it sweeter but not too sweet. Then I made it into soy bread. :]

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3/4 cup soy flour
  • 1 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons regular active dry yeast

Directions
  1. Put everything in the bread machine pan.
  2. Liquids first, then dry, then yeast.
  3. Use the sweet bread cycle.
