Fat Free Cranberry Orange Loaf Recipe
Easy to make. Moist, fat free, delicious bread, full of cranberries, and orange .

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbs. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbs. pureed peaches
  • Jest from 1 orange
  • 1 cup rehydrated craisins

Directions
  1. Combine dry ingredients. Make a well in center.
  2. Combine milk, egg, and puree. Pour into center of dry ingredients.
  3. Don't over mix. Pour into a lightly greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
