Fat Free Cranberry Orange Loaf

Easy to make. Moist, fat free, delicious bread, full of cranberries, and orange .
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 2/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 Tbs. baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 3 Tbs. pureed peaches shopping list
- Jest from 1 orange shopping list
- 1 cup rehydrated craisins shopping list
How to make it
- Combine dry ingredients. Make a well in center.
- Combine milk, egg, and puree. Pour into center of dry ingredients.
- Don't over mix. Pour into a lightly greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
