How to make it

  • Lightly oil a 1 quart mold then chop apricots and arrange evenly in bottom of prepared mold.
  • In small saucepan combine reserved liquid and water then bring to a boil.
  • Add gelatin and lemon juice then stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • Stir in cloves then blend yogurt and cinnamon and stir into gelatin mixture.
  • Refrigerate mixture until syrupy then pour mixture over apricots in mold.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours until firm then turn out onto serving platter.
