Spiced Apricot Mold

- 16 ounce can apricot halves drained reserve 3/4 cup liquid shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 3 ounce package orange gelatin shopping list
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 2 whole cloves shopping list
- 8 ounces plain yogurt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Lightly oil a 1 quart mold then chop apricots and arrange evenly in bottom of prepared mold.
- In small saucepan combine reserved liquid and water then bring to a boil.
- Add gelatin and lemon juice then stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Stir in cloves then blend yogurt and cinnamon and stir into gelatin mixture.
- Refrigerate mixture until syrupy then pour mixture over apricots in mold.
- Refrigerate 4 hours until firm then turn out onto serving platter.
