How to make it

  • Preheat grill.
  • In a small bowl, combine all dry rub ingredients, set aside.
  • In a small saucepot, stir together all BBQ sauce ingredients and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, set aside.
  • Drizzle rib racks with worcestershire sauce and red wine to taste.
  • Rub dry rub mixture onto both sides of rib racks.
  • Reduce grill heat to low, coat grill rack with oil.
  • Place ribs on grill and cover grill. Grill ribs slowly, flipping and rotating often,approximately 1 to 1 /12 hours or until ribs are tender.
  • Brush both sides of ribs with BBQ sauce during the last 20 minutes of grilling.
  • Remove from grill.
  • Serve with sauce.
