10-minute German Sweet Chocolate Cream Pie Recipe
This pie is smooth and light, yet rich in chocolate.

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. (4 oz.) Sweet Chocolate
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 tbs. sugar
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 31/2 cups cool whip, thawed
  • 8-inch graham cracker crumb crust (or Oreo crust if you REALLY like chocolate)

Directions
  1. Heat chocolate and 2 tbs. of the milk in saucepan over low heat, stirring until chocolate is melted.
  2. Beat sugar into cream cheese
  3. Add remaining milk and chocolate mixture to sugar and cream cheese and beat until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped topping, blending until smooth.
  5. Spoon into crust.
  6. Freeze about 4 hours, or until firm.
  7. Garnish with chocolate curls, if desired.
  8. Store any leftover pie in freezer.
