  • 1 PGK 6OZ STRAWBERRY GELATIN
  • 1 CUP BOILING WATER
  • 2 PGKS FROZEN SWEETENED SLICED STRAWBERRIES, PARTICALLY THAWED
  • 1 CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE UNDRAINED
  • 1 CUP MASHED FIRM BANANA,S
  • 1/2 TO 3/4 CUP CHOPPED NUTS
  • 2 CUPS SOUR CREAM - 16 OZ
  • 2 t SUGAR
  • 1/2 t VANILLA

Directions
  1. IN A BOWL DISSOLVE GELATIN IN WATER
  2. STIR IN BERRIES, PINEAPPLE, BANANA, NUTS
  3. POUR HALF OF THE MIX INTO A 13 X 9 X 2 IN DISH
  4. CHILL FOR 1 HOUR OR UNTIL SET
  5. SET THE REMAINING GELATIN MIX ASIDE
  6. COMBINE THE SOUR CREAM , SUGAR, VANILLA , MIX WELL
  7. SPREAD OVER THE CHILLED GELATIN
  8. SPOON REMAINING GELATIN MIX OVER TOP
  9. CHILL OVERNIGHT
