Balsamic Flank Steak

- 1 c. balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 clove garlic,mashed shopping list
- 1 sm. onion shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. each of salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 1/4 lb. flank steak shopping list
How to make it
- Combine vinegar, garlic,onion,salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Add steak and turn every 30 min. to evenly coat.
- Marinate for 2 hours.
- Pre-heat broiler, with rack 6" from heat soirce.
- If steak is of uneven thickeness,tuck the thin end under.
- Broil the steak for 2 min.per side for rare,and 5 min per side for medium,and 8 per side for well done.
- Remove from broiler and let sit under a tent of foil for 5 min.
- Slice thinly agaist the grain.
