How to make it

  • Combine flour, salt and mace.
  • Cut in the butter.
  • Beat yolks with sugar and add to flour mixture with cream.
  • Dissolve yeast in the warmed milk.
  • Add to first mixture,blending well.
  • Cover bowl and place in refrigerator overnight.
  • Turn dough out to floured board and roll out.
  • Spread with a filling of choice.
  • Roll up and place dough in a greased bundt pan and let rise 2 hours in a warm place.
  • Bake in a 350F oven about 30 minutes or done.
