Ingredients
  • 8 large russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter softened
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions
  1. Peel potatoes then cut in chunks and boil until tender.
  2. Drain well then add butter and milk and mash until smooth.
  3. Add horseradish, garlic and salt then mix well and serve.
