How to make it

  • Wash berries them mash berries and cook over medium low heat with the sugar.
  • Bring to a boil and boil 10 minutes.
  • Puree in a food processor then strain to remove seeds and pulp.
  • Return to saucepan then mix in milk and boil 5 minutes.
  • Cool and chill then freeze in ice cream maker according to directions.
