How to make it

  • Wash herbs, remove from stems, place in food processor with garlic, cheese ,olive oil and nuts process fine.
  • Add, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Enough olive oil means to make mixture moist and creamy.
  • Use this as you would any pesto suce.
  • I have tons of uses: on baked potatoes, pizza, to garnish soups, in salad dressing etc.
