- 1 PACKAGE OF ORIENTAL- FLAVOR RAMEN -noodles SOUP shopping list
- 1 BAG ( 16 OUNCES) OF FROZEN / OR FRESH stir fry vegetables shopping list
- 1/4 CUP STIR -FRY SAUCE shopping list
How to make it
- CUT BEEF INTO THIN STRIPS, SPRAY 12 INCH WOK OR NON STICK- SKILLET, WITH COOKING SPRAY; HEAT OVER MEDIUM -HIGH- HEAT.
- COOK BEEF IN SKILLET 3 TO 5 MINUTES, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY, UNTIL BROWN, REMOVE BEEF FROM SKILLET.
- HEAT WATER TO BOILING IN SKILLET, BREAK BLOCKS OF RAMEN NOODLES FROM SOUP MIX INTO THE WATER----RESERVE SEASONING PKG ...STIR UNTIL SLIGHTLY SOFTENED STIR IN VEGETABLES, HEAT TO BOILING. BOIL 5 TO 7 MINUTES, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY, UNITL VEGETABLES ARE CRISP-TENDERS .
- STIR IN CONTENTS OF SEASONING PKG FROM SOUP MIX, AND STIR-FRY SAUCE AND BEEF, COOK 2 TO 3 MINUTES, STIRRING FREQUENTLY UNTIL HOT.
