Mamas Sweet Potato Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

4 cup shredded sweet potatoes-uncooked

2 cups milk

2 eggs-lightly beaten

2 cups sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

6 tablespoons butter

Directions

Combine first seven ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Pour into a greased medium casserole dish.

Dot with butter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes.

Serve hot.
