Ingredients
  • 2 lbs corn pasta ( usally found at co-op like stores
  • 2 lbs. extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 lbs favorite ground beef
  • for sauce: 1/2 lbs tomitios
  • 1 fresh jalapino pepper
  • 1 medium size yellow onion
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinager
  • 1 glove crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 ripe tomato or 1 can chopped tomatos
  • about a cup of sour cream

Directions
  1. get your water boiling with salt
  2. while your saute your meet dont over cook it ital be in a hot oven for 45 min.
  3. cook your pasta until al dente
  4. drain and make your sauce- just put all sauce ingredience into your a bake pan earlier in the day and roast with a little of your fav oil at 350 for 20 min once thier cool put in your blender and wizz it up
  5. now pour sauce over cooked pasta
  6. put in half of pasta in the bottom of a nother bake pan and put your ground meet and half of your cheese in the middle
  7. put your other half pasta and sauce ontop and the rest of your cheese and sour cream in dolips all over the top
  8. put foil over and bake at 320 for 45 min

This sounds very good - the sauce has great flavors...gotta try this one, and I will definitely see if I can't find some corn pasta - never heard of it, but I'm sure I can find it at a market in the city. Thanks!
