- 4-celery stalks shopping list
- 1-bell pepper(green) shopping list
- 2-garlic cloves shopping list
- 1-corn (can) whole grain 15 oz. shopping list
- 1-corn (can) cream style 15 oz. shopping list
- 1-lima beans (can) 15 oz. shopping list
- 1-white potatoes (can) diced 15 oz. shopping list
- 1-carrots (can) sliced 14.5 oz. shopping list
- 1-mushrooms (can) sliced 6.5oz. shopping list
- 2-tomatos (can) diced 14.5 oz. shopping list
- 2-Tbsp. butter shopping list
- 2-Tbsp. veg. oil shopping list
- 1-tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2-tsp. black pepper shopping list
- 2-Tbsp. sugar shopping list
- 1-tsp. parsley shopping list
- 1/2-tsp. basil leaves shopping list
- 2 oz. lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4-tsp. crushed red pepper(optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Chop-up the following-onion,celery, bell pepper, & garlic.
- Drain the juice from all cans except tomatos and cream corn
- Place all ingredients into a large pot with 45 oz. of water.
- Stir mixture and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to med. low, cover and cook for 1-hour stirring occasionally.
- After removing from heat let it stand for 30 min. then drain all the liquid from the mixture.
