Rag alla bolognese

- 250 gr. of ground meat (beef) shopping list
- 1/2 carrot, onion and celery shopping list
- 1 spoon of olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 glass of red wine shopping list
- 1/2 litre of tomato sauce shopping list
- 400 gr. pasta shopping list
- a pinch of salt shopping list
- grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Chop onion and carrot
- Put olive oil and chopped onion, celery and carrot in a pot and and cook for about 5 minutes
- Add ground meat and salt and cook till the meat is well done
- Add the wine and let it dry
- Pour over the tomato sauce and cook for about 30 minutes keeping the cooker low
- In the meantime, boil abundant salted water to cook pasta (add pasta when water boils and remove it when "al dente", i.e. when the pasta is slightly underdone)
- Put pasta in the dishes and pour over sauce and grated parmesan cheese
