Tuna Potatoe Salad Recipe

Ingredients

2 large baking potatoes / 3 or 4 medium sized diced in to small almost bite sized cubes and fried until golden brown and crunchy season with lawrys season salt and pepper

1/2 a small onion diced small

crushed and diced clove of garlic (just one the flavor is killer good)

cilantro a bout a small handfull of leaf and stem cut into very small peices

can of tuna drained rinsed drained and Seasoned very lightly W/ salt and pepper suqeeze a lil lemon juice on top mix together

small spoonful mayo (regular) * add more if u wish

just a squirt of mustard not a lot or its too much

1 tsp of bbq sauce

Directions

mix potatoe, tuna garlic, cilantro, onion together then add all of the other wet ingredients and mix well

taste and add more mayo , bbq sauce or mustard whatever you feel you need to give it that certain kick

JUST DONT let it be dry
