Very easy, very tasty recipe for all the pork and corn lovers in your life. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 7 ounce can whole kernel corn with peppers
  • 1 cup soft bread cubes
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage
  • 6 rib pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons shortening

Directions
  1. Mix corn with liquid, bread cubes, onions, salt and sage.
  2. Stuff pork chop pockets with corn mixture.
  3. Melt shortening in large skillet then brown chops for 15 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat then cover tightly and simmer 1 hour.
