Corn Stuffed Pork Chops

- 7 ounce can whole kernel corn with peppers shopping list
- 1 cup soft bread cubes shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon sage shopping list
- 6 rib pork chops shopping list
- 2 tablespoons shortening shopping list
How to make it
- Mix corn with liquid, bread cubes, onions, salt and sage.
- Stuff pork chop pockets with corn mixture.
- Melt shortening in large skillet then brown chops for 15 minutes.
- Reduce heat then cover tightly and simmer 1 hour.
