Veal With Apple Marsala Sauce

- 12 ounces veal scaloppini or boneless veal shopping list
- 1 apple thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 clove garlic minced shopping list
- 1/2 cup dry marsala shopping list
- 1/3 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Spray an unheated large skillet with nonstick coating then preheat over medium heat.
- Cook meat half at a time for 5 minutes turning once.
- Transfer to a serving platter and keep warm.
- Add sliced apple and garlic to skillet then stir in wine and chicken broth.
- Bring to boil then reduce heat and boil gently uncovered for 5 minutes.
- Spoon over meat then sprinkle with parsley.
