Ingredients
  • 12 ounces veal scaloppini or boneless veal
  • 1 apple thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup dry Marsala
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley

Directions
  1. Spray an unheated large skillet with nonstick coating then preheat over medium heat.
  2. Cook meat half at a time for 5 minutes turning once.
  3. Transfer to a serving platter and keep warm.
  4. Add sliced apple and garlic to skillet then stir in wine and chicken broth.
  5. Bring to boil then reduce heat and boil gently uncovered for 5 minutes.
  6. Spoon over meat then sprinkle with parsley.
