These are incredible. Love these little delights. This is a recipe from a co-worker. Always popular, always good. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1 butter recipe cake mix
  • 1 package instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions
  1. In a mixing bowl combine the first five ingredients and mix well.
  2. Stir in pecans which will make dough crumbly.
  3. Roll tablespoonfuls of dough into balls and place 2” apart on greased baking sheets.
  4. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes then cool 2 minutes and remove from sheets to a wire rack.
