How to make it

  • Peel mangoes and place in blender with the yoghurt and puree/blenderize until smooth.
  • Add extract and reblend.
  • Mixture should be thick , smooth and creamy, slightly sweet with a hint of coconut.
  • Serves 2 to 4, depending on the size of the glass,
  • Garnish with a spritz of whipped cream if desired.
