Special Mango Lassi

- 2 large ripe mangoes shopping list
- 2 cups non fat plain yoghurt shopping list
- 2 pkg Splenda sweetener ( or sugar ) shopping list
- 2 to 3 drops coconut flavoring extract shopping list
- optional: whipped cream topping shopping list
How to make it
- Peel mangoes and place in blender with the yoghurt and puree/blenderize until smooth.
- Add extract and reblend.
- Mixture should be thick , smooth and creamy, slightly sweet with a hint of coconut.
- Serves 2 to 4, depending on the size of the glass,
- Garnish with a spritz of whipped cream if desired.
