Wine Jelly

- 2 cups wine or champagne shopping list
- 3 cups granulated sugar shopping list
- 3 ounces liquid pectin shopping list
How to make it
- Stir sugar into the wine and warm in a stainless steel pan until sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in pectin being very careful to dissolve pectin completely.
- Pour into small jars and keep refrigerated.
