Ingredients
  • 20 Medium Strawberries washed and pick of the stems
  • 4 cups of Chocolate milk ( you may use soy or rice milk if you like)

Directions
  1. Put your strawberries in the blender and blend the snot out of them
  2. take a bowl and a tea towl or thin dish towel and put on top of bowl
  3. pour blended strawbers onto towel on bowl
  4. gather up the towel and carefull not to make to big of a mess wring the strawberries out. This reduces the seeds.
  5. add to 4 cups of milk
  6. stir
  7. serve
  8. enjoy!
