Caramel Sauce

- 1 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- In a large heavy saucepan, combine sugar and the water over low heat, stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Over high heat , cook syrup until caramelized and golden amber in color.
- Remove pan from heat; slowly and carefully whish in cream, 2 tablespoons at a time.
- Mixture will bubble as cream is added.
- Serve warm.,
