How to make it

  • In a large heavy saucepan, combine sugar and the water over low heat, stir until sugar is dissolved.
  • Over high heat , cook syrup until caramelized and golden amber in color.
  • Remove pan from heat; slowly and carefully whish in cream, 2 tablespoons at a time.
  • Mixture will bubble as cream is added.
  • Serve warm.,
