How to make it

  • spread almonds, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds on baking sheet, bake at 350 until golden and fragrant.
  • Combine cabbage, bean sprouts and onions in a large bowl.
  • Wisk together vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, vegetable oil and salt and pepper.
  • Just before serving toss toasted seeds and dressing with the cabbage.

    This is one of my all-time favorites! An old friend of mine used to make this,except she only added sunflower seeds.To be truthful,I think I like your version better! (shh-don't tell!)
