How to make it

  • Cream sugar and margarine till smooth
  • Add eggs and vanilla; mix well
  • Add salt, baking powder, flour
  • Fold in coconuts, raisons (optional), oatmeal
  • Using a tablespoon; scoop your portions onto a non stick cookie sheets; 2 inches apart.
  • Bake at 325 for 7 - 10 min. Until you see your bottom edges golden
  • Let cool for 2 min. before removing from cookie sheets.
