No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups sugar

4-tablespoons butter or 1 stick of butter

1 cup milk

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

2 1/2 cups quick cooking oats

4- tablespoons baking cocoa

Directions

In large sauce pan add sugar, butter and milk and baking cocoa

cook until a rolling boil then time for 3 minutes after 3 min. remove from heat and add peanut butter, vanilla and add oats 1 cup at a time stiring well, drop onto wax paper until cool
