These are a subsutuite for regular fries, My hubby likes these better than regular fries, cook time may vary depending on how many you put in fryer

- 2 large sweet potatoes
- salt& pepper to taste
- vegtable or canola oil whatever you prefer I guess I always use one of these

Heat oil until hot add 1 fry to test to see if is hot enough if hot enough add a handful and fry until brown when done place on paper towel to drain and salt and pepper, good with hamburgers or hot dogs
