How to make it

  • Drain can of 6 oz. can of tuna and flake
  • Place in a small bowl and sprinkling in the choice of seasonings due to preference and taste
  • (optional) Mix in Mayonnaise and egg
  • Scoop tuna mixture on choice of flavor of rice cake
  • Eat and enjoy

    Thank you Doubled. I tried the seasonings when I saw that stores were selling already seasoned tunafish in packets. I thought it would be nice to make different ones myself and put it on a healthy base like a rice cake or wheat cracker.
