easy healthy posole

- 1 lbs. Boned pork leftovers shopping list
- 1 can of chicken broth shopping list
- 1 can of veggie broth shopping list
- 1 clobe garlic shopping list
- pinch oregano shopping list
- 1/2 small onion shopping list
- 1 small can of yellow or white hominy shopping list
- dash of salt shopping list
- dash of pepper shopping list
- 1/4 can mild green chili (add less if you don't like a little spice or add more if you like a lot of spice) I typically add 1/8 for the kids. shopping list
How to make it
- Dump everything into a 3 quart crockpot/slowcooker.
- Turn on low for 6-8 hours.
- Turn off 15-30 minutes before eating.
- Serve and enjoy!
- Optional:
- Add tortilla chips crumbled on top
- Add diced cilantro, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese
- Add wedge of lime or lemon
