Ingredients
  • 1 pumpkin
  • 4 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 pandanus leave
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions
  1. Peel pumkins and cut into dice.
  2. Boil until soft and drain.
  3. In a saucepan, heat gently coconut milk, sugar, brown sugar, salt and pandanus leave .
  4. Add in pumkin and cook to boil.
