  • BRING TO BOIL, COVER TIGHLY, PUT IN MODERATE OVEN FOR 20 - 3- MINUTES, UNTIL GRAINS ARE TENDER ADN STOCK ABSORBED.
  • ADD EXTRA STOCK IF NECESSARY,
  • WITH FORK STIR IN HE REST OF THE BUTTER AND CHEESE.
  • TO THIS BASIC RECIPE MAY BE ADDED SHREDDED LEFTOVERS OF CHICKEN, HAM,AND SO ON WITH THE RICE OR STIRRED IN DURING COOKINH.
